Refund & Cancellation Policy

Raigad Business Expo 2025

Stall Bookings

Cancellation before 20 September 2025: Refund of 20% of the total amount.

Cancellation on or after 20 September 2025: No refund.

If the Expo is rescheduled by the Organizer, stall payments will be carried forward to the new dates.

Visitor Tickets

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In case of full cancellation or rescheduling by Organizer:

You may choose either a full refund or transfer to a future Expo date.

Refund Processing

Administrative fees (such as transaction charges) will not be refunded.

The approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Force Majeure

If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government action), stall holders and ticket holders may opt for:

  • Credit note for future events
  • Refund with deductions only for non-recoverable fees like transaction charges

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), please contact us with the following information:

  • Your booking confirmation number
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Original payment method details
